材料:
雞蛋麵 / 意大利麵16安士
橄欖油2湯匙
牛油4安士
蒜頭1/4杯 (切粒)
調味料:
蒜頭粉2湯匙
雞粉1/2茶匙
蠔油2湯匙
栢馬森芝士1/3 杯 (Parmesan Cheese)
作法:
1. 先煮雞蛋麵/ 意大利麵,用冷水沖,然後瀝乾水份備用。
2. 燒熱镬用中火,加入橄欖油 (略熱) ,再加入牛油煮溶,然後加入
蒜頭略炒香。
3. 將蒜頭粉、雞粉,蠔油,加入镬中煮拌勻。
4. 然後加入雞蛋麵/ 意大利麵拌勻,最後加入栢馬森芝士拌勻即成。
溫馨提示:
一定要用中火,慢慢煮不然蒜頭就會變焦,會有苦味,這樣就會失敗。
煮雞蛋麵/ 意大利麵,不用加鹽,因為調味料已經有鹽味。
蒜頭隨個人喜好加多或少,也可以用1個蒜頭。
Ingredients:
1 package of egg noodles/spaghetti (16oz)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 oz of butter
¼ cup garlic, finely chopped
Season:
2 tablespoons garlic power
½ teaspoon chicken power
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
1. Cook egg noodles/spaghetti set aside.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a wok over middle
heat. Add butter and
heat until it
melts. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add garlic powder, chicken powder and oyster sauce,
stirring occasionally.
Bring sauce to a boil.
4. Combine cooked egg noodles/spaghetti with sauce mixture
and heat
through.
5. Add parmesan cheese,
toss to combine.
