Wai Yu
My passion for cooking started when I was only 6 years old - my dad made me his special dish of steamed pork with salted dried mustard cabbage. Since then, I have never stopped browsing through cookbooks trying to cook almost every dish new to me, and even creating my own recipes to my taste whenever I have the time. And most important of all, I derive great pleasure in sharing my recipes with family and friends.
